Drug Free Workplace

Management is fully committed to the Drug Free Workplace Policy which establishes clear guidelines for acceptable and unacceptable employee behavior for everyone in the workplace. Smoke Free Workplace

Smoking is prohibited in the office and manufacturing facilities and on company property except for in the designated smoking area. Employees may smoke only during designated breaks, before and after work and during lunch. Smoking is prohibited in company vehicles at all times.

Standards of Conduct

As on any team, each employee must know what is expected of him or her. In addition, wherever people work together, the actions of a few may interfere with the rights of the majority of employees. In order to let the employee know what is expected and to promote efficient, harmonious, and safe working atmosphere, the Company has established a list of acts of misconduct for which employees may be subject to corrective action of a progressive nature unless the Company determines that circumstances are so serious as to warrant immediate discharge, i.e. physical violence, the sale or use of intoxicants, sabotage, insubordination, possession of firearms or other weapons, etc.
